Electrical Transformer

An electrical transformer is an essential machine in a power system that is needed to ensure constant voltage without impacted by the fluctuations in supply voltage. This is done by regulating the voltage levels whenever required. In this way, power system is protected and works with increased efficiency. All parts of an electrical transformer are fixed, which means there is no friction or any loss of windage. When power is supplied from primary winding to secondary winding, there is a possibility of some power loss. Which is why any electrical transformer does not work at its 100%, but between 95 to 96% at full load.
